Living at the Kadampa Meditation Center Georgia

Rameshori Buddhist Center - soon to be Kadampa Meditation Center (KMC) Georgia - is a growing spiritual community dedicated to creating a place of peace and inspiration throughout the Southeast.
Thanks to the kindness of the International Temples Project and thousands of people throughout the world, a building has been purchased to house the future KMC Georgia. This beautiful southern style mansion (see attached photo) is nestled in a secluded two acre wooded property, located in Sandy Springs, just north of Atlanta, one block away from the North Springs MARTA public transport train station.
All residents are encouraged to contribute to the life of the community through their voluntary work, and to participate in daily prayers and meditation practice. This includes cooking, cleaning, gardening, etc. The property will be undergoing renovations in the Spring and any construction/buildout help would be greatly appreciated.
All three Kadampa study programs are available to residents, including Teacher Training Program, Foundation Program and General Program with Gen Kelsang Mondrub, and many other courses and meditation retreats are taught throughout the year.
Becoming a resident at KMC Georgia is a special way to contribute to the flourishing of Kadam Dharma and an opportunity to begin or deepen our experience of a spiritual life.
