A Benefactor for Future Generations
Throughout the world, Temples for World Peace, Meditation Centers, World Peace Cafés, and Hotel Kadampas are arising due to the kindness of people like you, who wish to see peace flourish in their local community. When we give to such a place of refuge, we become part of a global effort to help others find the authentic source of peace - the peace that arises from within.
In Atlanta, we have used the donations gathered through the Benefactor Program to help with the purchase and construction of Kadampa Meditation Center Geogia, and to create meditation classes throughout Georgia, north Florida, Alabama, Kentuky, Mississippi, and Louisiana. We were also able to build our World Peace Café, the first World Peace Café of its scale in the United States. This Café was built 100% by donations.
KMC GA is part of the International Temples Project for world peace established by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso with the vision to build a Kadampa Buddhist Temple in every major city in the world.
These Temples are dedicated to world peace and everyone is welcome to visit them and enjoy the peace and tranquility they provide.
Just looking at a Temple with a happy mind places good imprints on our mind and brings inner peace.
