Going Deeper in your Spiritual Practice
Timeless Methods for Transforming Modern Day Life
This ongoing program is designed for those who have some basic knowledge of Buddha’s teachings and meditation but want to go deeper into their understanding, practical experience, and path of inner realization. This class will focus on the clasic Lojong teachings from the book Eight Steps to Happiness. We will learn how to practically and skillfully put Buddha's teachings into practice during our day-to-day life. By learning in this way, we can all create lasting spiritual transformation, make authentic progress towards Enlightenment, and be of supreme benefit to everyone…using the challenges of busy, modern-day life as fuel for quickened progress, rather than feeling they're in the way!
Each class is self-contained; drop-in anytime. No classes will be held December 22, 29, and January 5.
