Meditation and book study. Every other Monday at 6:30pm at Awaken Spirit. Drop in anytime; no need to attend every class. Everyone is welcome. You don't need to be buddhist to attend.

Course Fee: $7 or $5 for students and seniors. No one is turned away due to a lack of funds.
