Poncey Highlands - Introduction to Meditation
Join us on Thursday evenings for simple, inspiring advice for navigating our modern world with a peaceful, happy mind. Learn practical techniques and logical tips for transforming everyday difficulties and keeping a positive attitude.
Each class includes a simple, guided meditation followed by a brief discussion and teaching based on time-tested Buddhist advice. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, casual and enjoyable, and everyone is welcome!
And each class is self-contained, so there is no need to attend every class. Feel free to drop in any time.
Thursday evenings weekly, 7:30 - 8:30PM.
Fee: $10 per class or $5 for students or seniors. No one is turned away due to lack of funds.
