Transform Your Life

Who is Buddha? What did Buddha teach? How are Buddha's teachings still applicable in today's busy modern world? These are the types of questions we will explore in the class Introduction to Buddhism, based on the book by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso of the same title. You will learn basic Buddhist view, intention, and action, and how to apply these to the challenges of daily life.

Join us for discussions of the book Transform Your Life, by Buddhist meditation master, best-selling author, and renowned Teacher Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.

Everyone of any religious or non-religious background is welcome. No need to attend each class; drop in any time.
